Brand Design and Collateral for A new two condo building complex of 58 units in Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn, NY. The main building is Calvert House which is projected to have students, young professionals and couples with no children. Calvert Villas will be for more established couples and young families. There is a large courtyard in between the buildings.
